Calculations

The modules below allow you to make calculations for BEQI level 1, 2 and 3.
Note1: The 3 levels each give their individual results. Integration of the results into a final score is not done by this webtool.
Note2: A stand-alone tool for level 3 was developed at NIOO- CEME and can be downloaded from here.

Beqi Level 1 calculations

This calculation tool will help you to calculate level 1 of the BEQI (Ecosystem level). The required input variables are described in the BEQI tool guidelines. For more info on the BEQI level 1, check the background page of this website.

Beqi Level 2 calculations

Beqi Level 3 calculations

This calculation tool will help you calculate the level 3 of the BEQI (community within-habitat) and EQR scores on your benthic dataset. For more info on the BEQI level 3, check the background page of this website.

The tool will first check the data format and specifics of the uploaded dataset. The supported data format and data requirements are described in the BEQI tool guidelines.
